"Issue Configuring secure payments. Please contact support" Error on New Clover DevKit. Please help!

I'm trying to activate this thing, but I keep getting the error message shown above.

Serial Number C021UQ53170340 Build Number 1.24 1.23

Can someone please help me get past this step? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you attach your device to computer via USB, run adb logcat -v time while attempting to activate and put the results on pastebin.com?
