How can Clover Merchants Uninstall Web-App

Clover Merchants reported they cannot Uninstall two Web-Apps, On App market on Merchant's dashboard, Web-App options are [Launch], which is available-active button, and [Uninstall] which is greyed out, is an inactive button.

(Compared to Clover Apps which do have an active [Uninstall] button. Thanks, Gerry

I think it is grayed out, but still clickable. It is not disabled.
