Merchants have reported they cannot click 'Uninstall' button for some Web Apps. That on Clover dashboard the [Launch] button is active-available, but the [ Uninstall ] button is greyed-out, in-active & does not respond

I think its just grayed out, but you can still click it. Not disabled.
