Is there a maintenance schedule available online listing when the sandbox environment will be down?

Not currently, however this is a great idea. Historically we contact the users via email for upcoming scheduled server maintenance. With the upgrades made yesterday to our Sandbox Servers we expect more stability and uptime overall with far less emergency maintenance required.
