Is that possible to connect our server to clover server?

I have already developed an restaurant app by using our API calling and all.So is that possible to interconnect our server to clover ?

what do you mean by connect ? Clover has a web API, if that is what you want to know.

I want to know that How we can keep a mapping from the inventory item's ID (UUID) to meta data?

yes you can connect both of but need to call both and compare both data and display after applying filter

You can use the Clover REST API from your server to communicate with Clover. Is this what you are asking? https://www.clover.com/api_docs.
