This question was asked and answered recommending to use Vysor. We've side loaded vysor and done all the necessary steps in the docs, but it keeps telling us our Android screen is unavailable. Can you please advise?

Not sure if we are going to be able to give tech support with the Vysor app.
I personally have not used Vysor but I have used another tool, Android Screen Monitor(ASM) https://github.com/adakoda/android-sc...
All you have to do is download the jar and run it.
Make sure to close ASM when you are done. I noticed if I leave the process alive it eventually starts to use a lot of CPU.
