Customer Payment Option Crashes

We have a customer payment option installed on the payment apps. Everything works although when the Station is swiveled our app crashes. Can anyone point to why this might occur? Thank you.

A good start would be to post the crash.

It crashes when the station is turned into portrait mode

We'll need more details than that. Have you integrated a crash reporting system into your application? If not, please do that. In the mean time, if you can tell me the merchant name / ID, I can see if we've registered any crashes.

We haven't yet. The merchant ID is EJWM1F929PMS0
