Migrating Clover Mini app to Clover Station
We have a functioning Clover Mini app and we are interested in having it run on the Clover Station. From a development perspective, are there any major differences in a Clover Mini app versus a Clover Station app. From reading the docs it seems to me that it would really only be about UI layout, and that otherwise the platform capabilities should be the same between the two. Can anyone confirm this for me?
Yes screen specs and Android API are the primary difference between devices. Are you interested in both Clover Station and Clover Station 2018?

Unless otherwise specified in the clover-android-sdk docs the same intents and functionality should be present on all Clover devices.
Here are a few other differences:
* The screen swivels on the Station devices.
* The original Clover Station has only a mag-stripe reader for taking payments, but that is frequently disabled by merchants who tether their Clover Station to an FD40 or Clover Mini so they can accept swipe, contact and contactless payments.
