Wrong passcode after activation

Hello all, I'm having trouble setting up a Clover Flex test device.
I followed all activation instructions, set up a passcode which seems to have gotten registered on the developer portal. But when I try to log into the device, that passcode is apparently wrong.
I can't get past the passcode entry screen on the device.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

You can see all employee passcodes by logging into the Merchant dashboard and going to the Employees app.

Thanks Jeffrey. I checked that, and I'm using the passcode that is set there, but I'm still getting a Wrong Passcode message.

One thing I noticed is that the 'Manage Dev Kits' area no longer lists the dev kit device I added to the list. Would that suggest it's not activated?
