Can't setup dev kit. Dev kit tab in sandbox website shows "Error"

Shows with orange notification. Unable to associate dev kit with sandbox account. Any workaround?

Is this a user error on my part or a website issue. Tried on OSX and Linux on both firefox and chrome.

I get this error message immediately after logging in. Is this a systemwide issue?

The brief issue in Sandbox should be resolved now. Please try again and let us know if you're still seeing the same error.
