How can I export inventory in my databse to Clover using a rest api?

I own a liquidation company and inventory constantly changes. My developer has created an application that allows me scan UPC from retailers databases and retrieve pricing data to print barcodes with 50% off if the retail price. Once printed it adds each item into our database. How can we integrate clover rest api?

Can we use the Barcode numbers already in our database?
