Is there a way for a Merchant employee to record the reason for a return/refund

Our system allows the Merchant to respond and deal with returns and refunds for items. However there does not seem to be a way to for a User to record a reason for the return of an item.

This is available for merchants who are on the Register Plan. The Merchant will have to allow Orders to have notes through their settings. Then the user will be able to add notes to order (and thus refunds).
