I have unpublished production app and I need to test "App notification" in clover's dev device or Android phone before publishing it. I have already tested in dev environment. Is there any way so I can test it before published

Sandbox notifications should be no different than that of the production environment, but we are happy to hear that you want to test in prod prior to publishing. You may create a Production Clover using an emulator by downloading the setup apks from: https://www.clover.com/developers/dev...

You will need to create a production developer account if you don't already have one, which will in turn, will create a test merchant so you can test your apks when uploaded to prod.
