I've been encountering this problem now and again in Sandbox, but our client has just claimed that this has affected them in EU.
The app is not updating on its own fully. It seems to say that an update is available, and then once downloaded, it only offers the install through the pull-down menu.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Any ideas what might cause it?
Should this be a Sandbox-only thing?
