App approval stuck for months

Hello, We've been sending emails to Clover Devrel and have had no response regarding the status of our app. We've already successfully integrated our app on Sandbox, but now we are stuck in limbo for production. This highly impacts our go-to-market strategy, as many of our customers are Clover users waiting for the app to be live. Thanks for any help we can get.

Hi,

I share your frustration. Our app has been pending for over 3 months now.

We have reached out to their developer support email, but they are non-responsive.

We have tried reaching out to their general call-line for assistance as well, but none of their support agents can route your concerns to the developer team.

Let me know if you have any updates here and I will keep you posted on our end.Screenshot 2024-06-03 at 1.04.50 PM.png

When communication stalls and you're left waiting for updates, it can be incredibly disheartening. It's essential to keep following up, but also to be patient and persistent. Try different avenues of communication, like phone calls or social media, to see if you can get a response. And remember, sometimes these processes take time, but don't hesitate to escalate the issue if necessary. Your app's success depends on it, so keep advocating for your needs and hopefully, you'll get the answers you're looking for soon.

I totally get the frustration of having an app approval stuck for months! It’s such a hassle when things don’t move forward as expected. I’ve had similar issues with activation processes in the media sector before, but I found that checking out reviews and feedback about the company on sites like PissedConsumer really helped me understand what to expect. For instance, looking at www.ctv.ca activate reviews gave me a better sense of their customer service approach and helped me resolve my own issue faster. It’s always good to get a feel for the process before jumping in!

If your app approval process has been stuck for months, here are some steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check App Store Guidelines
Revisit the app store’s (Google Play or Apple) guidelines to ensure your app complies with all the requirements. Common issues include missing privacy policies, inappropriate content, or technical glitches.

  2. Review Submission Status
Log into your developer console and check for any status updates or feedback. There might be specific reasons provided for the delay or rejection.

  3. Contact Developer Support
Reach out to the app store’s support team directly. Provide your app’s details (App ID, submission date, etc.) and request an update on the approval status.

  4. Visit: https://aniwatch.top/

  5. Fix Pending Issues
If feedback has been provided, address the mentioned issues promptly and resubmit your app. Be thorough to avoid repeated rejections.
