Unable to login to clover developer account

I am unable to login to my developer account. I open Global Developer insert my credentials then insert OTP with Authenticator. It starts to load as I see the elements of the screen like "Sandbox" and "USPROD" and immediately it redirects to the login page.

I have the same problem. I even created a new developer account yesterday, and today it has the same issue. I've tried 4 different browsers and 3 different computers, and have the same issue. We have a time-sensitive integration that I'm unable to work on, and it's a big problem. Isn't there anyone at Clover that can address things like this?

Same here. Multiple different browsers used. Cleared cache many times. Enabled VPN and nothing fixes the issue. I keep getting redirected back to the login screen. It appears the page is trying to load then redirects back to login.

I'm having the same problem (as are the other developers on my team).

I've sent an email to developer-relations@devrel.clover.com with no response yet. We're under a deadline and very frustrating the lack of support.

We do have one developer that is able to login, but she disabled 2FA on her sandbox login.

Hello all, A general solution if youre seeing this issue with automatic logout after login, is you most likely generated 2FA at the merchant level outside of the Merchant Level 2FA while using the Global Developer Portal. You can use a secondary email for login to the merchant to enable two factor authentication for the merchant account.

  • Double-check your username and password to ensure they are correct.
  • Ensure that there are no extra spaces when you copy and paste your credentials.
