Login to production 2FA authenticator not working

Hello,

When I log in to the production developer account it asks for the 2FA authenticator code that was sent. I did not set up the authenticator app or do not remember setting it up. I am able to log in to the sandbox environment but not production. Is there a way to recover or reset the authenticator app?

There should have been recovery codes, if not you need to email developer-relations@devrel.clover.com for them to help you get access
