Can we disable other tender then cash ?

We are developing a clover based application and has requirement that we are choosing tender from our own application and landing it to clover pay terminal. Now we are wondering if there is any possibility so we can disable other tender types at time of payment.

No, neither ACTIONSTARTREGISTER nor ACTIONMANUALPAY have the ability to disable payment methods to just cash transaction.
