If i get a clover station, can i use it for cellphone business?

I have a cellphone store, we sell phones and accessories and etc. Since we have multiple repeated cases and has the same SKU#, will I be able to at least use the sku # once and be able to enter the total amount of quantity?

if so, Do Clover offer help assistant to come in the store if we have some issues trying to do inventory or anything ?
