Can a cancel or undo a refund

I think the machine redund the transaction, there any option to cancel the refund I don't know how this happen.

How can be possible that refund can be done without the card present, clover should change that for merchants security

AFAIK there is no option to cancel a refund, you can recharge the transaction to balance it out but please make sure first it was double refunded. If you need logs investigation and you are a developer please reach out to
