Every time I turn on my Clover Mobile I see the message "Clover is securing your apps" and it progresses 1 through 100. Could you please describe what securing means and what apps are affected?

Clover is securing your apps. What exactly is happening during this process?
We are converting dex files in the APK into odex files for the Dalvik VM. Most Android devices generate the odex files only once after the app is initially installed. To ensure code integrity and comply with PCI security requirements, Clover regenerates the odex files after every boot.
