There is only basic ability to process payments yourself using the /v2/merchant/{mId}/payendpoint on the Clover REST API, see https://www.clover.com/rest-api. Most likely it won't provide enough functionality for an online store though. All merchants that have Clover use First Data as their payment processor which means you can use First Data Payeezy API to integrate online shopping platforms such as OpenCart.
