Change owner name of production developer account

For techdev@touchsuite.com, the current owner is Mahesh Kondiparthi.
Can you update the owner's name to "Sam Zietz".

Also, can you please confirm if its a Business Account?

I want to push an app today (on behalf of the company I work for, TouchSuite) , and need some quick support here.
