I would like to switch the device to use a different developer login so that our team can all see the same app. Can I just reset the device using Factory Reset?

Is this a devkit? If so, then you will need to disassociate it via your Developer Dashboard. This will automatically trigger a factory reset on the device and allow it to be associated with a different developer account. Without the disassociation step, any factory reset will simply resync with your current developer account.

If it is an emulator or non-Clover device, then a factory reset will do the trick. It will reset you back to Android and will require you to install Engine and App Updater apks again before you can set it up for Clover.
