Logs need pulled from device

We need logs pulled for 2 clover devices that are denying transactions. MID- SATEHMWRNTZ91

Please see my answer below, if these are devkits, you will need to pull the logs yourself via ADB.

That isn't a valid merchant id. Instructions for obtaining your merchant id can be found here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/faqs#what-is-my-test-merchants-uuid. Is this a sandbox device, if so you will need to pull the logs yourself via ADB.

What is ADP? I'm having issues finding information on that link provided that can assist me in that effort.
