Always showing 401 Unauthorized in the rest API call

Hello,

When I try to call any (without token generate) REST API, all are showing 401 Unauthorized

Something like

https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/v3/merchants/9XXXX1/orders?access_token=cXXXXXX9


I have also tried in the https://docs.clover.com/reference#ordercheckoutatomicorder
