A description of what "failed" means would be helpful. I just ran some payments through sandbox and experienced no issues. Perhaps you changed something in your POS that is preventing the sale from working? I see no records of a payment either. I suggest you debug your application as that is the most likely source of problems.
What app are you using on the device to take the payment? What is the device id?
