Flex 3 not connecting to usb with Macbook Pro or Windows

The Flex 3 Dev Kit doesn't even show up as a device in either Windows or Mac.

Also, trying to run the Clover Sale app gets "Communication failed, please try again" when tapping Charge.

If your Flex 3 is not connecting to USB on a MacBook Pro or Windows computer, start by ensuring the USB cable is undamaged and properly connected. Test different USB ports and try using another cable to rule out hardware issues. On Windows, check the Device Manager for driver errors and update or reinstall drivers if needed. For MacBook Pro, navigate to System Report > USB to see if the device is detected. Restart the computer if necessary. Test the Flex 3 on another computer to confirm the issue isn’t specific to your setup. Additionally, ensure the device is powered on and check for firmware updates from the manufacturer. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware problem, and contacting the manufacturer or support is recommended. Regards Brothersappliances
